Caroline Neighbor

Caroline is our current Secretary/Treasurer and has been a part of the board for a couple years.

Colter kroon, vice president

Colter is our newest board member having started in September of 2025. He has taken on the Vice President duties since Stan Urban retired from the board in June 2026.

Desiree pope, Billing Clerk/Operator

Desiree has been with the board since September 2020. She has been the billing clerk, secretary, DEQ point of contact and most recently she has become an operator. She holds the 4AB-2B certifications needed to run our treatment plant and is training our newest back up operator

Rita Leuschen, Back up operator

Rita is our newest recruit! She took on getting 4AB certified to help Desiree out and to give her a day off here and there! Rita’s help is greatly appreciated!
